BeVocal (www.BeVocal.com) is the leading provider of hosted application systems for customer self-service. BeVocal's automated next generation systems helps their clients make the most of every self-service customer interaction—enabling them to reduce the costs of customer care, increase revenue and raise customer satisfaction.  BeVocal was purchased by Nuance Communications (NASDAQ: NUAN) in April of 2007 for $140 million plus a $60 million earn-out over 18 months.
Intelliden (www.Intelliden.com) is the leading provider of intelligent networking software solutions for organizations to control, manage and scale their networks. Intelliden’s solutions allow network-driven organizations to deliver next generation services, ensure compliance and automate critical network change and configuration management functions.  In February of 2010, IBM Corporation (NYSE: IBM) purchased the  assets of Intelliden. Terms were not disclosed.

Netkey (www.Netkey.com) is a market-leading provider of kiosk and digital signage software applications used by leading companies to deliver a growing range of multi-industry self-service applications such as gift registry, guided selling, endless aisle and human resources functions. In November of 2009, NCR Corporation (NYSE: NCR) purchased the  assets of Netkey. Terms were not disclosed.

Synchronoss Technologies (NASDAQ: SNCR, www.Synchronoss.com) is the leading provider of on-demand transaction management solutions to the communication service provider (CSP) market.  The proprietary ConvergenceNow software platform enables CSPs to take, manage, and provision orders and other customer-oriented transactions and create complex service bundles.  ConvergenceNow automates, synchronizes, and simplifies electronic service creation and the management of advanced services across new and existing interconnected networks.  Synchronoss targets complex, high-growth segments -- wireless, VoIP, high-speed access, and video -- enabling CSPs to acquire, retain and service customers reliably and cost effectively.  The company had an Initial Public Offering in June of 2006.
